2、物歧化酶(SOD)、過(guò)氧化氫酶(CAT)、過(guò)氧化物酶(POD)和抗壞血酸過(guò)氧化物酶(APX)活性,顯著降低了2個(gè)冬小麥品種葉片中超氧陰離子產(chǎn)生速率;施鉬后,隨著低溫脅迫時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng),2個(gè)冬小麥品種葉片中4種抗氧化酶活性均先升高而后呈下降或突降趨勢(shì),說(shuō)明施鉬能使冬小麥通過(guò)正常的低溫鍛煉過(guò)程,有利于植株在經(jīng)受更長(zhǎng)時(shí)間低溫脅迫時(shí)維持較高的抗寒力;鉬對(duì)冬小麥鉬高、低效品種葉片中抗氧化酶活性的影響存在基因型差異,與鉬高效品種相比,鉬低效品種缺鉬處理葉片SOD、CAT、POD和APX等抗氧化酶活性下降幅度更大,活性氧自
