4、rtheexcellentgermplasm.Moreover,thegenealogytreeandtheassessmentmethodofbackboneparentsaredevelopedforDRVG.Secondly,thedatabaseforricefunctionalgenes(DRFG)isbuilt,whichintroducesricefunctionalgenescollectedfromthereferencesathomeandabroadandhavetwochartgenerationprogramsforg
5、eneticmapsandgenestructuresthroughbrowsers.Inaddition,theDRFGsetsupadatasetofmolecularmarkersforimportantfunctionalandbeneficialgenesinbreeding.Thirdly,anontologysystemisindependentlyproducedforknowledgemanagement,andappliedtomanagethedatabaseforDRFGandreferencedocuments.The

7、中國水稻品種及其系譜數(shù)據(jù)庫,構(gòu)建大品種指紋數(shù)據(jù)集和優(yōu)異種質(zhì)數(shù)據(jù)集,開發(fā)“系譜樹”和骨干親本算法;創(chuàng)建了水稻功能基因數(shù)據(jù)庫,以文獻(xiàn)析出的方式整合國內(nèi)外報(bào)道的水稻功能基因,開發(fā)基于瀏覽器的遺傳圖譜生成程序和基因結(jié)構(gòu)圖生成程序,構(gòu)建重要功能基因的分子標(biāo)記數(shù)據(jù)集和育種上有利基因的整合數(shù)據(jù)集;自主開發(fā)了用于知識(shí)管理的本體系統(tǒng),開創(chuàng)性地將此系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用于水稻功能基因數(shù)據(jù)庫和參考文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫的管理.平臺(tái)致力于在生物數(shù)據(jù)與育種需求之間架起一座橋梁,目前已得到廣泛應(yīng)用,在國內(nèi)產(chǎn)生重要影響.關(guān)鍵詞:水稻;數(shù)據(jù)庫;品種;基因;本體中圖分類號:S511?023文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A
