2、作、蒸發(fā)強(qiáng)度大、脫溶劑徹底、動力消耗低、占地面積小、容易操作等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。密閉型盤式連續(xù)干燥器由干燥盤、耙臂、裝在耙臂上的若干耙葉、主軸、傳動裝置、外殼等組成,中空的干燥盤內(nèi)通入加熱介質(zhì)。干燥盤分為大盤和小盤兩種,在干燥器內(nèi)水平層式布置,干燥盤靜止不動,物料在大盤上在耙葉推動下由外向里運(yùn)動,由大盤的里緣落入小盤的里緣,物料在小盤上由里向外運(yùn)動,由小盤的外緣落入大盤,物料在干燥盤面上由耙葉輸送、翻動、呈阿基米德螺線軌跡運(yùn)動,在運(yùn)動過程中被干燥盤加熱,進(jìn)行傳熱傳質(zhì)完成干燥作業(yè),根據(jù)被干燥物料的產(chǎn)量、性質(zhì)、初始及最終含水量,確定干燥盤層數(shù)(干燥面積)。盤式干燥器立式工作,濕物料由頂部的加
