2、)的NaCl溶液,對(duì)上述3大類(lèi)型油菜的30份種子材料(每個(gè)類(lèi)型10份)處理后進(jìn)行發(fā)芽比較試驗(yàn)。應(yīng)用砂培法培養(yǎng)經(jīng)過(guò)3.7g/LNaCl溶液處理的3大類(lèi)型油菜幼苗,觀測(cè)鹽脅迫對(duì)幼苗生長(zhǎng)的影響?!窘Y(jié)果】種子發(fā)芽率隨著NaCl質(zhì)量濃度的升高而降低,白菜型油菜的種子萌發(fā)率最高,甘藍(lán)型油菜次之,芥菜型油菜最差。甘藍(lán)型油菜的苗長(zhǎng)、根長(zhǎng)、鮮質(zhì)量、葉綠素含量均大于白菜型和芥菜型油菜,但是在苗長(zhǎng)、鮮質(zhì)量、葉綠素含量上甘藍(lán)型油菜受鹽脅迫程度最大,其耐鹽性較白菜型油菜和芥菜型油菜差。比較發(fā)現(xiàn),1021、821、X6-W94分別在白菜型油菜、甘藍(lán)型油菜、芥菜型油菜中耐鹽性最好?!窘Y(jié)論】白菜型油菜1
