2、)的NaCl溶液,對上述3大類型油菜的30份種子材料(每個類型10份)處理后進行發(fā)芽比較試驗。應(yīng)用砂培法培養(yǎng)經(jīng)過3.7g/LNaCl溶液處理的3大類型油菜幼苗,觀測鹽脅迫對幼苗生長的影響?!窘Y(jié)果】種子發(fā)芽率隨著NaCl質(zhì)量濃度的升高而降低,白菜型油菜的種子萌發(fā)率最高,甘藍型油菜次之,芥菜型油菜最差。甘藍型油菜的苗長、根長、鮮質(zhì)量、葉綠素含量均大于白菜型和芥菜型油菜,但是在苗長、鮮質(zhì)量、葉綠素含量上甘藍型油菜受鹽脅迫程度最大,其耐鹽性較白菜型油菜和芥菜型油菜差。比較發(fā)現(xiàn),1021、821、X6-W94分別在白菜型油菜、甘藍型油菜、芥菜型油菜中耐鹽性最好?!窘Y(jié)論】白菜型油菜1
