1、摘要本文主要敘述了基于CAN(控制器局域網(wǎng))總線熱網(wǎng)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)及其監(jiān)控主機(jī)軟件的實(shí)現(xiàn)。該系統(tǒng)是一個(gè)工業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),適用于分布式供熱網(wǎng)的換熱首站,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)熱網(wǎng)首站的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控。系統(tǒng)采用分布式設(shè)計(jì),硬件主要由監(jiān)控主機(jī)、前端控制器和手持器組成。軟件的開(kāi)發(fā)基于Windows2000Server操作系統(tǒng)和MicrosoftSQLServer數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)系統(tǒng),開(kāi)發(fā)語(yǔ)言采用BlandC++Builder6.0。在軟件設(shè)計(jì)中靈活應(yīng)用軟件分層思想,以提高系統(tǒng)的可移植性及靈活性。在上位PC機(jī)與前端控制器之間的通信中,使用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線CAN網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù),制定了用戶層通信協(xié)議。
2、在通信中,提出了動(dòng)態(tài)優(yōu)先級(jí)調(diào)度方案,保證關(guān)鍵信息可以及時(shí)上傳;提出了三次握手規(guī)則,提高了通信的可靠性;采用軟件濾波措施,提高了系統(tǒng)的實(shí)時(shí)性。為提高系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用軟件的通用性,論文對(duì)熱網(wǎng)首站的共性進(jìn)行了抽象,提出組態(tài)軟件的整體結(jié)構(gòu),并且實(shí)現(xiàn)了簡(jiǎn)單的組態(tài)功能。由于本系統(tǒng)軟件與硬件的通用性,可以推廣到其它中小型應(yīng)用場(chǎng)合。關(guān)鍵字:現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線FCSCAN組態(tài)軟件AbstractThispapermainlydiscussesthedesignofCentralStationoftheHeatingSystemandthesoftwaredesignandimpl
