2、升角、葉片螺距、滾筒轉速與裝煤量的關系和葉片升角、滾筒轉速與軸向拋煤速度的關系;并分析了葉片升角、牽引速度、滾筒轉速對軸向拋煤力和塊煤率的影響,以及三種型號滾筒的葉片升角、牽引速度與滾筒最低轉速之間的關系.研究結果表明,螺旋葉片的升角對滾筒裝煤量、軸向拋煤速度、軸向拋煤力和滾筒最低轉速影響較大,并得到葉片升角最佳值在0.43rad左右,為采煤機滾筒設計提供理論依據.關鍵詞:截害j理論;葉片升角;裝煤量計設踟咖一中圈分類號:T13421.6文獻標識碼:A文章編號:1006-754x(2008)04—0290—05Researchonstructurepar
