1、維普資訊http://www.cqvip.com第15卷第4期工Journ程alofVoI_15NO.42008年8月Aug.2008DOI:10.3785/j.issn.1006—754X.2008.04.013采煤機(jī)滾筒螺旋葉片結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)研究劉送永,杜長龍,崔新霞,王想(中國礦業(yè)大學(xué)機(jī)電工程學(xué)院,江蘇徐州221008)摘要:根據(jù)采煤機(jī)截割理論,建立了螺旋葉片參數(shù)(結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)、運動參數(shù))與目標(biāo)參數(shù)(滾筒裝煤量、軸向輸煤速度、軸向拋煤力、滾筒最低轉(zhuǎn)速、塊煤率)間關(guān)系的數(shù)學(xué)模型.以此為基礎(chǔ),研究了滾筒直徑為1800,1600,1250mm,葉片頭數(shù)為2時,葉片
2、升角、葉片螺距、滾筒轉(zhuǎn)速與裝煤量的關(guān)系和葉片升角、滾筒轉(zhuǎn)速與軸向拋煤速度的關(guān)系;并分析了葉片升角、牽引速度、滾筒轉(zhuǎn)速對軸向拋煤力和塊煤率的影響,以及三種型號滾筒的葉片升角、牽引速度與滾筒最低轉(zhuǎn)速之間的關(guān)系.研究結(jié)果表明,螺旋葉片的升角對滾筒裝煤量、軸向拋煤速度、軸向拋煤力和滾筒最低轉(zhuǎn)速影響較大,并得到葉片升角最佳值在0.43rad左右,為采煤機(jī)滾筒設(shè)計提供理論依據(jù).關(guān)鍵詞:截害j理論;葉片升角;裝煤量計設(shè)踟咖一中圈分類號:T13421.6文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A文章編號:1006-754x(2008)04—0290—05Researchonstructurepar
