1、射頻微帶陣列天線設計摘要微帶天線是一種具有體積小、重量輕、剖面低、易于載體共形、易于與微波集成電路一起集成等諸多優(yōu)點的天線形式,目前已在無線通信、遙感、雷達等諸多領域得到了廣泛應用。同時研究也發(fā)現(xiàn)由于微帶天線其自身結構特點,存在一些缺點,例如頻帶窄、增益低、方向性差等。通常將若干單個微帶天線單元按照一定規(guī)律排列起來組成微帶陣列天線,來增強天線的方向性,提高天線的增益。本文在學習微帶天線和天線陣的原理和基本理論,加以分析,利用Ansoft公司的高頻電磁場仿真軟件HFSS,設計了中心頻率在10GHz的4元均勻直線微帶陣列,優(yōu)化和調(diào)整了相關參數(shù),然后分
2、別對單個陣元和天線陣進行仿真,對仿真結果進行分析,對比兩者在相關參數(shù)的差異。最后得到的研究結果表明,微帶天線陣列相較于單個微帶天線,由于陣元間存在互耦效應以及存在饋電網(wǎng)絡的影響,微帶陣列天線的回波損耗要大于單個陣元。但是天線陣列增益明顯大于單個微帶天線,且陣列天線比單個陣元具有更好的方向性。關鍵詞:微帶天線微帶陣列天線方向性增益HFSS仿真Designof?Radio-Frequency?MicrostripArrayAntennaABSTRACTMicrostripantennaisakindofantennaformwithmanyadvan

5、ftheantenna.Inthispaper,afterlearningthebasictheoryandprinciplesaboutmicrostripantennaandantennaarray,Idesignedtwokindofantennamodelswith10GHzofcenterfrequency,oneisthesingleantenna,theotheroneisanantennaarraywith4singleantenna.ThenusingAnsoft'shighfrequencyelectromagneticsim
6、ulationsoftwareHFSS,optimizeandadjusttherelevantparameters.Afterthat,weusedtheHFSStosimulatethesinglearrayelementandanantennaarrayseparately.Thenanalyzedthesimulationresults,comparedtothedifferenceintherelevantparameters.Theresultingsuggestedthatbecauseofthepresenceofmutualco
7、uplingeffectsandtheimpactofthepresenceofthefeednetworkbetweenthepickets,thereturnlossofmicrostripantennaarrayisgreaterthanthesinglemicrostripantennaarray,butantennagainissignificantlylargerthanasinglearrayantenna,andtheantennaarrayhasabetterdirectivitythanthesinglemicrostripa
