1、射頻微帶陣列天線設(shè)計(jì)摘要微帶天線是一種具有體積小、重量輕、剖面低、易于載體共形、易于與微波集成電路一起集成等諸多優(yōu)點(diǎn)的天線形式,目前已在無(wú)線通信、遙感、雷達(dá)等諸多領(lǐng)域得到了廣泛應(yīng)用。同時(shí)研究也發(fā)現(xiàn)由于微帶天線其自身結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),存在一些缺點(diǎn),例如頻帶窄、增益低、方向性差等。通常將若干單個(gè)微帶天線單元按照一定規(guī)律排列起來(lái)組成微帶陣列天線,來(lái)增強(qiáng)天線的方向性,提高天線的增益。本文在學(xué)習(xí)微帶天線和天線陣的原理和基本理論,加以分析,利用Ansoft公司的高頻電磁場(chǎng)仿真軟件HFSS,設(shè)計(jì)了中心頻率在10GHz的4元均勻直線微帶陣列,優(yōu)化和調(diào)整了相關(guān)參數(shù),然后分
2、別對(duì)單個(gè)陣元和天線陣進(jìn)行仿真,對(duì)仿真結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,對(duì)比兩者在相關(guān)參數(shù)的差異。最后得到的研究結(jié)果表明,微帶天線陣列相較于單個(gè)微帶天線,由于陣元間存在互耦效應(yīng)以及存在饋電網(wǎng)絡(luò)的影響,微帶陣列天線的回波損耗要大于單個(gè)陣元。但是天線陣列增益明顯大于單個(gè)微帶天線,且陣列天線比單個(gè)陣元具有更好的方向性。關(guān)鍵詞:微帶天線微帶陣列天線方向性增益HFSS仿真Designof?Radio-Frequency?MicrostripArrayAntennaABSTRACTMicrostripantennaisakindofantennaformwithmanyadvan

5、ftheantenna.Inthispaper,afterlearningthebasictheoryandprinciplesaboutmicrostripantennaandantennaarray,Idesignedtwokindofantennamodelswith10GHzofcenterfrequency,oneisthesingleantenna,theotheroneisanantennaarraywith4singleantenna.ThenusingAnsoft'shighfrequencyelectromagneticsim
6、ulationsoftwareHFSS,optimizeandadjusttherelevantparameters.Afterthat,weusedtheHFSStosimulatethesinglearrayelementandanantennaarrayseparately.Thenanalyzedthesimulationresults,comparedtothedifferenceintherelevantparameters.Theresultingsuggestedthatbecauseofthepresenceofmutualco
7、uplingeffectsandtheimpactofthepresenceofthefeednetworkbetweenthepickets,thereturnlossofmicrostripantennaarrayisgreaterthanthesinglemicrostripantennaarray,butantennagainissignificantlylargerthanasinglearrayantenna,andtheantennaarrayhasabetterdirectivitythanthesinglemicrostripa
