2、,計算并實測臨界轉(zhuǎn)速與振型,進而借助動平衡測試系統(tǒng)進行模態(tài)動平衡。結(jié)果表明:臨界轉(zhuǎn)速計算與實測的相對誤差僅為0.36%,一階計算振型與實測振型的模態(tài)置信度為0.9906??紤]彈性支撐的柔性轉(zhuǎn)子模態(tài)動平衡方法合理,算法正確,在保證全正交平衡的前提下能夠減少試重的個數(shù)。左彈支與右剛支的計算支承剛度組合符合轉(zhuǎn)子結(jié)構(gòu)的實際情況,減振百分比CHl~CH3高達80%以上,CH4可達38%,總體減振效果明顯,具有一定的工程應用前景,可為航空發(fā)動機柔性轉(zhuǎn)子動平衡試驗提供技術(shù)參考。關(guān)鍵詞:彈性支承;模態(tài)動平衡;振型;有限元;柔性
