1、摘要隨著國(guó)內(nèi)煉油產(chǎn)能持續(xù)增長(zhǎng),政府繼續(xù)加快產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和過(guò)剩產(chǎn)能整治步伐,工業(yè)增長(zhǎng)乏力,柴油需求停滯不前,成品油整體供大于求,國(guó)內(nèi)成品油價(jià)格連續(xù)下調(diào),汽柴油價(jià)格始終低位運(yùn)行。在目前嚴(yán)峻形勢(shì)下,HK石化公司為實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,努力解決自身問(wèn)題,應(yīng)用制定戰(zhàn)略的理論,結(jié)合定量的具體方法,系統(tǒng)研究公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略問(wèn)題。論文共分為七章。首先在企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行深入研究的基礎(chǔ)上,提出本文的研究?jī)?nèi)容和研究思路。其次在簡(jiǎn)要介紹HK石化公司的基本情況后,結(jié)合HK石化公司目前的經(jīng)營(yíng)現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)其存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行深入剖析,指出其存在油源不足、營(yíng)銷體系抗挫能力低、品牌知名度不高等
2、劣勢(shì),并進(jìn)一步提出HK石化公司制定發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的必要性。再次,論文對(duì)公司的外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行宏觀、微觀和需求的分析,并同時(shí)對(duì)公司的企業(yè)資源、組織機(jī)構(gòu)、企業(yè)文化等內(nèi)部環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析,明確了自身的實(shí)力,找出了存在的問(wèn)題,從而把握了其自身的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文應(yīng)用SWOT矩陣分析法制定出若干戰(zhàn)略備選方案。在綜合研究的基礎(chǔ)上提出HK石化公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。最后,從油源渠道、融資渠道、創(chuàng)新、現(xiàn)代化營(yíng)銷模式等方面對(duì)所確定的戰(zhàn)略方案的實(shí)施問(wèn)題展開了討論。關(guān)鍵詞:地?zé)捚髽I(yè),可持續(xù)發(fā)展,發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略iResearchontheDevelopmentStrategyIntheHKpe
