1、2015年第9期(總第311期)混凝土原材料及輔助物料Number9in2015(TotalNo.311)ConcreteMATERIALANDAD~ⅡNICLEdoi:10.3969/j.issn.1002-3550.2015.09.023污泥陶粒坯料熱動(dòng)力學(xué)特性樊臻,楊鼎宜,劉亞東。居高艷,廖文靜(揚(yáng)州大學(xué)建筑科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院,江蘇揚(yáng)州225009)摘要:采用TG—DSC聯(lián)合熱分析方法開展污泥陶粒坯料的熱反應(yīng)特性研究,深入了解反應(yīng)機(jī)理。根據(jù)試驗(yàn)所得TG曲線,分析其失重率,結(jié)合相應(yīng)的溫度段,判斷陶粒在加熱過程中發(fā)生的反應(yīng)。采用多重掃描速率的不定溫法,進(jìn)行多條TG曲線的動(dòng)力學(xué)分析,求取陶粒
2、坯料的活化能,對(duì)三個(gè)掃描速率的熱分解曲線進(jìn)行多元非線性擬合,推斷出最概然反應(yīng)機(jī)理函數(shù)。分析結(jié)果表明:試樣總的熱失重率隨升溫速率的增加而單調(diào)增加;陶粒燒制過程升溫速率不宜過快;預(yù)熱溫度為320—350oC;陶粒的燒成過程主要有四個(gè)階段;陶粒坯料的熱分解反應(yīng)最概然機(jī)理是三步反應(yīng)(t;i;i);超輕陶粒的燒結(jié)溫度控制在1150-1200℃之間,高強(qiáng)陶粒的燒結(jié)溫度控制在1150oc左右。關(guān)鍵詞:污泥;陶粒;熱動(dòng)力學(xué);反應(yīng)機(jī)理;活化能中圖分類號(hào):TU528.041文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:A文章編號(hào):1002—3550(2015)09—0087—04Thermalkineticscharacteristicso
