2、響。結(jié)果表明,通過(guò)在庫(kù)內(nèi)鋪設(shè)垂向、橫向?qū)夤芤约安捎脻B濾液回流調(diào)控措施,有助于提333高發(fā)酵物料的產(chǎn)氣效率,整個(gè)發(fā)酵周期(86d)試驗(yàn)庫(kù)平均容積產(chǎn)氣率達(dá)0.36m/(m·d)(原料產(chǎn)氣率達(dá)155m/t333(以TS計(jì),下同)),明顯高于對(duì)照庫(kù)(0.28m/(m·d),原料產(chǎn)氣率120m/t);從發(fā)酵物料被淋洗的效果看,消化液每天回流方式比產(chǎn)氣量下降后回流的方式好,并且建議對(duì)噴淋裝置的等流量分配問(wèn)題、回流泵選型與回流管布局及規(guī)格的匹配問(wèn)題作進(jìn)一步深入研究。關(guān)鍵詞:沼氣干發(fā)酵導(dǎo)氣措施滲濾液噴淋方式工程調(diào)控車(chē)庫(kù)式中圖分類(lèi)號(hào):X705;S216.4文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼
