2、利用率。以工業(yè)用石灰石為脫硫劑,實驗研究了粗媒體顆粒的加入量及其他操作條件對此過程脫硫效率的影響。結(jié)果表明:隨著粗媒體顆粒粒徑減小及床內(nèi)加入量增加,煙氣脫硫效率提高;隨著Ca/S增大、飽和接近度降低、空速及脫硫劑顆粒粒徑減小,脫硫效率提高。當(dāng)粗媒體顆粒的-1靜止床高為122mm,飽和接近度為15~18℃、空速為2850h、鈣硫比為1.0~1.1、脫硫劑粒徑為64μm時,脫硫效率可達90%以上。關(guān)鍵詞煙道氣脫硫流化床二氧化硫中圖分類號X70113文獻標(biāo)識碼A文章編號100829241(2006)0220057205Fl
