2、利用率。以工業(yè)用石灰石為脫硫劑,實(shí)驗(yàn)研究了粗媒體顆粒的加入量及其他操作條件對(duì)此過(guò)程脫硫效率的影響。結(jié)果表明:隨著粗媒體顆粒粒徑減小及床內(nèi)加入量增加,煙氣脫硫效率提高;隨著Ca/S增大、飽和接近度降低、空速及脫硫劑顆粒粒徑減小,脫硫效率提高。當(dāng)粗媒體顆粒的-1靜止床高為122mm,飽和接近度為15~18℃、空速為2850h、鈣硫比為1.0~1.1、脫硫劑粒徑為64μm時(shí),脫硫效率可達(dá)90%以上。關(guān)鍵詞煙道氣脫硫流化床二氧化硫中圖分類(lèi)號(hào)X70113文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼A文章編號(hào)100829241(2006)0220057205Fl
