1、基于權(quán)值差除法的MsS超聲導(dǎo)波管道檢測(cè)試驗(yàn)研究吳斌,劉秀成。,辛軍,安國(guó)平,劉增華,何存富(1.北京工業(yè)大學(xué)機(jī)械工程與應(yīng)用電子技術(shù)學(xué)院,北京100124;2.北京市特種設(shè)備檢測(cè)中心,北京100029)’摘要:將基于磁致伸縮效應(yīng)的MsSR3030系統(tǒng)用于管道中的缺陷檢測(cè)。超聲導(dǎo)波在管道中傳播速度受管道材質(zhì)、防腐漆層等因素影響將發(fā)生變化,降低MsS一3064型磁致伸縮傳感器的方向控制水平,導(dǎo)致管道檢測(cè)信號(hào)中包含異向檢測(cè)信號(hào)。為消除異向檢測(cè)信號(hào),提出一種權(quán)值差除的方法,對(duì)正反向檢測(cè)信號(hào)做Hilbert變
