1、基于權(quán)值差除法的MsS超聲導波管道檢測試驗研究吳斌,劉秀成。,辛軍,安國平,劉增華,何存富(1.北京工業(yè)大學機械工程與應用電子技術學院,北京100124;2.北京市特種設備檢測中心,北京100029)’摘要:將基于磁致伸縮效應的MsSR3030系統(tǒng)用于管道中的缺陷檢測。超聲導波在管道中傳播速度受管道材質(zhì)、防腐漆層等因素影響將發(fā)生變化,降低MsS一3064型磁致伸縮傳感器的方向控制水平,導致管道檢測信號中包含異向檢測信號。為消除異向檢測信號,提出一種權(quán)值差除的方法,對正反向檢測信號做Hilbert變
