2、明:在實(shí)驗(yàn)室、半工業(yè)性規(guī)模的煤泥調(diào)漿試驗(yàn)中,均存在適宜的調(diào)漿剪切強(qiáng)度,不足或過度調(diào)漿都不利于提高可燃體回收率;實(shí)驗(yàn)室試驗(yàn)中對(duì)原煤泥、>0.074mm為主的粗煤泥,優(yōu)化的調(diào)漿葉輪線速度相似,均為6.00nv/s,對(duì)<0.074mm為主的細(xì)煤泥,優(yōu)化的調(diào)漿葉輪線速度為2.33m/s:對(duì)半工業(yè)性試驗(yàn)中采用的新型煤泥調(diào)漿機(jī),葉輪線速度在5~8m/s時(shí)可獲得較好的調(diào)漿效果,浮選可燃體回收率比礦漿預(yù)處理器平均提高9.65百分點(diǎn)。關(guān)鍵詞:調(diào)漿;煤泥;浮選;葉輪線速度;可燃體回收率中圖分類號(hào):TD943.2文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:AEffectsofshearingstrengthinslurry
