1、第41卷第2期中國(guó)礦業(yè)大學(xué)學(xué)報(bào)V01.41No.22012年3月JournalofChinaUniversityofMining&TechnologyMar.2012煤泥高效調(diào)漿理論研究與應(yīng)用馬力強(qiáng),韋魯濱,李吉輝,陳清如(中國(guó)礦業(yè)大學(xué)(北京)化學(xué)與環(huán)境工程學(xué)院,北京100083)摘要:基于煤粒與捕收劑充分接觸和有效黏附是實(shí)現(xiàn)煤泥調(diào)漿前提條件的認(rèn)識(shí),應(yīng)用Sommer—feld顆粒間碰撞模型,導(dǎo)出了調(diào)漿過(guò)程中顆粒分散后的碰撞概率,并用顆粒繞流效應(yīng)對(duì)碰撞概率進(jìn)行了修正,考察了高剪切條件下實(shí)際流場(chǎng)中油滴與煤泥顆粒碰撞的規(guī)律.提出了捕收劑與煤泥顆粒有效吸附概率的概念,討論了煤泥高效調(diào)漿的技術(shù)途徑
