6、I』激光程重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,深圳大學(xué)電子科學(xué)與技術(shù):院,深圳518060摘要:采用連續(xù)太赫茲激光器(SIFIR50)作為光源對(duì)生物樣品進(jìn)行太赫茲成像,得到具有較高分辨率的太赫茲圖像..由于生物體內(nèi)部組織結(jié)構(gòu)的不同,同時(shí)得到了內(nèi)部明暗對(duì)比顯著的圖像,鑒于人眼對(duì)彩色圖像更敏感的特點(diǎn),對(duì)成像結(jié)果進(jìn)行偽彩色圖像處理,得到了較好的結(jié)果.關(guān)鍵詞:光電子與激光技術(shù);連續(xù)太赫茲波;太赫茲;生物樣品;掃描成像;圖像處理;偽彩色Terahertz(THz)radiationliesbetweeninfrared1ightandl995
