2、。應用紅外二階導數(shù)譜圖中(I608±4)cm~、(1510±3)ca處一組特征吸收峰篩查紡織助劑中不同分子結構形式的APEO。紅外光譜對APEO的定性方法不需標準品,不需對樣品進行分離,簡單快速。同時,應用定量軟件TQAnalyst中的偏最小二乘法,選擇二階導數(shù)紅外光譜并選取(1529.27—1496.45am)峰范圍建立APEO定量模型,回歸系數(shù)為0.99946,均方根誤差為0.970。應用該定量模型對APE0定量,結果顯示其絕對偏差在一1.56%一3.18%范圍,回收率在82%~117%之間。
