1、第2l卷第5期魚雷技術(shù)Vl0l_2lNO.52013年lO月TORPED0TECHNOLOGY0ct.2013直線共軛內(nèi)嚙合齒輪副的嚙合效率分析王鄭力,張振山,梁偉閣,張方方(海軍工程大學(xué)兵器工程系,湖北武漢,430033)摘要:為進(jìn)一步提高水下航行器熱動(dòng)力裝置整體性能,研究了替代以外嚙合齒輪泵作為水下航行器海水泵、燃料泵和滑油泵的內(nèi)嚙合齒輪泵的嚙合效率。應(yīng)用切線極坐標(biāo)法分析了直線共軛內(nèi)嚙合齒輪副的嚙合過程,以瞬時(shí)效率為基礎(chǔ)完成了其嚙合效率函數(shù)的推導(dǎo),通過在嚙合區(qū)間上積分得到平均嚙合效率(簡稱嚙合效率)的
2、計(jì)算公式,并簡要分析了輪齒變形對嚙合質(zhì)量的影響,以NBX3泵中的齒輪副為例,對其進(jìn)行了實(shí)例仿真計(jì)算,做出了摩擦系數(shù)和傳動(dòng)比對嚙合效率的影響曲線,得出以下結(jié)論:用切線極坐標(biāo)法分析內(nèi)嚙合齒輪副嚙合過程可行且較簡便;嚙合效率隨摩擦系數(shù)增大而減小,摩擦系數(shù)越大,嚙合效率下降速率越快;嚙合效率隨傳動(dòng)比增大而減小,與相同參數(shù)的漸開線內(nèi)嚙合齒輪副相比,直線共軛內(nèi)嚙合齒輪副嚙合效率更高。關(guān)鍵詞:嚙合效率;內(nèi)嚙合齒輪副;直線共軛中圖分類號(hào):TJ630.32文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):1673一l948(2013)05—0369
