1、.摘要本次設計是以焊接變位機作為主要的研究對象。在焊接變位機中采用全液壓系統(tǒng)，使之重量減輕，自動化程度增強，變位機中的傳動部分是由一個油泵機組分別驅(qū)動油馬達和三組油缸帶動工作臺進行回轉(zhuǎn)和傾斜，并使主，副臂產(chǎn)生俯仰動作調(diào)節(jié)工作臺的高低。本次設計對焊接變位機的傳動機構的特點和組做了詳細的介紹，對機構中的主要零部件做了具體的設計。本次設計采取了獨特的設計，使得產(chǎn)品更為先進、實用，設計后制造出來的焊接變位機主要應用在焊接行業(yè)上，這樣可以縮短焊接輔助時間，提高工人的勞動生產(chǎn)率，減輕工人勞動強度，改善焊接質(zhì)量，并充分發(fā)揮各種焊接方法的效能。在焊接生產(chǎn)中，經(jīng)常會遇到焊接變位以及選擇
