1、摘要本次設(shè)計(jì)是以焊接變位機(jī)作為主要的研究對象。在焊接變位機(jī)中采用全液壓系統(tǒng)，使之重量減輕，自動(dòng)化程度增強(qiáng)，變位機(jī)中的傳動(dòng)部分是由一個(gè)油泵機(jī)組分別驅(qū)動(dòng)油馬達(dá)和三組油缸帶動(dòng)工作臺進(jìn)行回轉(zhuǎn)和傾斜，并使主，副臂產(chǎn)生俯仰動(dòng)作調(diào)節(jié)工作臺的高低。本次設(shè)計(jì)對焊接變位機(jī)的傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)的特點(diǎn)和組成都做了詳細(xì)的介紹，對機(jī)構(gòu)中的主要零部件做了具體的設(shè)計(jì)。本次設(shè)計(jì)采取了獨(dú)特的設(shè)計(jì)，使得產(chǎn)品更為先進(jìn)、實(shí)用，設(shè)計(jì)后制造出來的焊接變位機(jī)主要應(yīng)用在焊接行業(yè)上，這樣可以縮短焊接輔助時(shí)間，提高工人的勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率，減輕工人勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度，改善焊接質(zhì)量，
2、并充分發(fā)揮各種焊接方法的效能。在焊接生產(chǎn)中，經(jīng)常會遇到焊接變位以及選擇合適的焊接位置的情況，針對這一實(shí)際需要，我們設(shè)計(jì)的焊接變位機(jī)，它可通過工作臺的回轉(zhuǎn)和傾斜，使焊縫處于易焊位置。焊接變位機(jī)與焊接操作機(jī)配合使用，可實(shí)現(xiàn)焊接的機(jī)械化、自動(dòng)化，提高了焊接的效率和焊接質(zhì)量。焊接變位機(jī)可應(yīng)用于化工、鍋爐、壓力容器、電機(jī)電器、鐵路交通、冶金等工業(yè)部門的自動(dòng)焊接系統(tǒng)。關(guān)鍵詞：焊接變位機(jī)；液壓系統(tǒng)；回轉(zhuǎn)；傾斜；38AbstractThedesignissubjecttoweldchangesiteequipment
