1、摘要本次設(shè)計是以焊接變位機作為主要的研究對象。在焊接變位機中采用全液壓系統(tǒng)，使之重量減輕，自動化程度增強，變位機中的傳動部分是由一個油泵機組分別驅(qū)動油馬達和三組油缸帶動工作臺進行回轉(zhuǎn)和傾斜，并使主，副臂產(chǎn)生俯仰動作調(diào)節(jié)工作臺的高低。本次設(shè)計對焊接變位機的傳動機構(gòu)的特點和組成都做了詳細(xì)的介紹，對機構(gòu)中的主要零部件做了具體的設(shè)計。本次設(shè)計采取了獨特的設(shè)計，使得產(chǎn)品更為先進、實用，設(shè)計后制造出來的焊接變位機主要應(yīng)用在焊接行業(yè)上，這樣可以縮短焊接輔助時間，提高工人的勞動生產(chǎn)率，減輕工人勞動強度，改善焊接質(zhì)量，
2、并充分發(fā)揮各種焊接方法的效能。在焊接生產(chǎn)中，經(jīng)常會遇到焊接變位以及選擇合適的焊接位置的情況，針對這一實際需要，我們設(shè)計的焊接變位機，它可通過工作臺的回轉(zhuǎn)和傾斜，使焊縫處于易焊位置。焊接變位機與焊接操作機配合使用，可實現(xiàn)焊接的機械化、自動化，提高了焊接的效率和焊接質(zhì)量。焊接變位機可應(yīng)用于化工、鍋爐、壓力容器、電機電器、鐵路交通、冶金等工業(yè)部門的自動焊接系統(tǒng)。關(guān)鍵詞：焊接變位機；液壓系統(tǒng)；回轉(zhuǎn)；傾斜；38AbstractThedesignissubjecttoweldchangesiteequipment
