4、arerevealedinbothS.chinensis(P?88.36%,h?0.2894,I?0.4396)andKeywords:S.sphenanthera(P?84.09%,H?0.2782,I?0.4280).However,thepopulationgeneticSchisandrachinensisdifferentiationissigni?cantlydifferentbetweenthetwospecies.TheS.sphenantheraSchisandrasphenanthe
5、raharborsashighas27%ofthegeneticvariationamongpopulationsbut73%withinpop-Schisandraceaeulations,whereasinS.chinensis17%ofthegeneticvariationoccursamongpopulationsandISSRPopulationgeneticvariation83%withinpopulations.Bothsigni?cant(P<0.05)heterozygosityex
