6、fpolymorphicloci,estimatedusingNei’sgeneticFritillariaimperialisdiversityindexandShannon’sinformationindexrevealedlowormoderatelevelsofGeneticdiversitygeneticvariationswithineachF.imperialispopulation.Similarly,themeancoef?cientofMolecularmarkerAFLPgenediffer
7、entiationbetweenpopulations(Gst)forRAPD,ISSRandAFLPwere0.415,0.47ISSRand0.63respectively,indicatingthat58.5%,52.3%and36.1%ofgeneticdiversityresidedRAPDwithinthepopulation.AMOVAindicatedthatvariationamongpopulationswashigherthanthosewithinF.imperialispopulatio
