1、洛陽理工學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)殼體沖壓工藝及模具設(shè)計(jì)摘要本次設(shè)計(jì)的零件為凸緣盒形件拉深件。殼體采用的材料Q235A號(hào)鋼及0.5mm厚度保證了足夠的強(qiáng)度和剛度。該零件外形基本對(duì)稱,材料是適于制造高變形性能,深拉延產(chǎn)品及形狀較復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品的鋼材。首先對(duì)零件進(jìn)行了工藝性分析,有拉深、沖孔、切邊等一系列工序。而且生產(chǎn)批量大,各工位有相互的尺寸關(guān)系,經(jīng)過計(jì)算分析采用一次拉伸與沖孔切邊的工藝生產(chǎn)方案,可提高材料的利用率。經(jīng)過計(jì)算分析完成該模具的主要設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,凸模、凹模工作部分的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,還有工位布置和主要零部件的
2、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),選擇合適的模具材料。拉伸又稱拉延、壓延或引伸。它是利用拉伸模具在壓力機(jī)的壓力作用下,將預(yù)先剪裁或沖裁成一定形狀的平板毛坯,拉制成立體空心件的加工方法。拉深成形是板材立體成形的最重要方法,以拉伸成形為主體的沖壓件非常多,在很多工業(yè)及生活用品中都又拉伸成形的制品,是沖模發(fā)展方向之一。在模具設(shè)計(jì)前必須對(duì)工件進(jìn)行全面分析,然后合理確定工件的沖壓成形工藝方案,正確設(shè)計(jì)模具結(jié)構(gòu)和模具零件的加工工藝規(guī)程,以獲得最佳的技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。關(guān)鍵詞:拉伸模,拉深,切邊,沖孔,設(shè)計(jì)。3洛陽理工學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)
