1、畢業(yè)論文富鋰錳基正極材料Li1.2Mn0.54Ni0.13Co0.13O2包覆改性研究畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)中文摘要富鋰錳基正極材料Li1.2Mn0.54Ni0.13Co0.13O2包覆改性研究摘要:本文以Mn0.54Ni0.13Co0.13(OH)2為前驅(qū)體、Li2CO3為鋰源,通過(guò)高溫固相法合成富鋰錳基正極材料Li1.2Mn0.54Ni0.13Co0.13O2。用液相法對(duì)其進(jìn)行AlF3包覆,采用XRD和SEM對(duì)材料的結(jié)構(gòu)和形貌進(jìn)行表征,采用恒流充放電測(cè)試對(duì)材料的電化學(xué)性能進(jìn)行表征。分別以AlF3包覆量、包覆溶
2、液pH值和熱處理溫度為考察因素進(jìn)行單因素實(shí)驗(yàn)以確定最優(yōu)的包覆工藝。結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)包覆量為2wt.%,包覆溶液pH=9,熱處理溫度為400°C時(shí),材料的首次充放電性能和倍率放電性能最好。首次充放電效率由58.7%提高到73.6%,0.2C、0.5C和1.0C下放電比容量分別由184.9mAh/g、171.4mAh/g和153.0mAh/g提高到239.6mAh/g、229.9mAh/g和215.9mAh/g。當(dāng)包覆量為2wt.%,包覆溶液pH=9,熱處理溫度為450°C時(shí),材料的循環(huán)性能最好,在0.5C時(shí)50次
