1、骨髓基質(zhì)干細胞治療股骨頭壞死的研究和應(yīng)用論文【摘要】綜述了近年來骨髓基質(zhì)干細胞(bonemarroesenchymalstemcells,MSCs)在股骨頭壞死領(lǐng)域的研究。對MSCs的生物學(xué)特性、分離與培養(yǎng)及成骨特性三方面內(nèi)容進行論述,揭示MSCs的內(nèi)在特性,說明其有潛力治療骨壞死疾?。粚SCs治療股骨頭壞死臨床運用的論述,說明MSCs治療骨壞死疾病的可行性;并分析展望骨髓基質(zhì)干細胞在應(yīng)用上存在的問題及今后所要解決的難點。【關(guān)鍵詞】骨髓基質(zhì)干細胞股骨頭壞死綜述Abstract:ThereisasummaryforthestudyofMS
