8、承受的抗拉強度時,即產(chǎn)生表面縱向裂紋。表面縱向裂紋缺陷在結(jié)晶器內(nèi)產(chǎn)生,出結(jié)晶器后若二次冷卻不良,裂紋將進一步加劇。2、產(chǎn)生原因及危害產(chǎn)生原因:①鋼中碳含量處于裂紋敏感區(qū)內(nèi);②結(jié)晶器鋼水液面異常波動。當結(jié)晶器鋼水液面波動超過10mm時,表面縱向裂紋缺陷易于產(chǎn)生;③結(jié)晶器保護渣性能不良。保護渣液渣層過厚、過薄或渣膜厚薄不均,使連鑄板坯凝固殼局部過薄而產(chǎn)生表面縱向裂紋;④中間包浸入式水口與結(jié)晶器對中不良,鋼水產(chǎn)生偏流沖刷連鑄板坯凝固
