1、北京印刷學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計（論文）全自動糊箱機糾偏部分結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計摘要全自動糊箱機是集紙張輸送、涂膠、折合、糾偏、整理為一體的瓦楞紙箱生產(chǎn)設(shè)備，其中糾偏部分是全自動糊箱機的重要組成部分之一，是實現(xiàn)瓦楞紙箱生產(chǎn)和完善紙箱外觀的一個重要環(huán)節(jié)。糾偏部分的前一個環(huán)節(jié)——折合部分。糊箱機折合部分的主要功能是首先在折合以前要對瓦楞紙進(jìn)行切割，然后通過正常的輸紙過程輸送到折合部分后對裁切好的瓦楞紙張進(jìn)行折合，折合部分分為0o～90o及90o～180o的折合。在上述過程中，當(dāng)瓦楞紙板完成折合后，紙板前后折痕會出現(xiàn)誤差，這就需要糾偏機構(gòu)對紙板進(jìn)行糾正。糾偏機構(gòu)主要由兩個皮帶構(gòu)成，上皮帶輪將動力輸至下皮帶輪
2、，使得上下皮帶產(chǎn)生速度差，即上皮帶的速度比下皮帶速度大5%左右，同時為上皮帶配備壓輪，壓輪位置的上下調(diào)節(jié)，影響上皮帶與紙板的接觸壓力，從而達(dá)到調(diào)節(jié)糾偏效果的目的。全自動的糊箱機機械結(jié)構(gòu)比較復(fù)雜，紙板的折疊粘合成型也全部可以用機械完成，不僅生產(chǎn)速度比半自動的機器高，而且質(zhì)量也比較穩(wěn)定，適用于大批量紙箱、紙盒的自動粘合成型。關(guān)鍵詞：全自動糊釘箱機瓦楞紙折合部分糾偏部分24北京印刷學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計（論文）ABSTRACTAutomaticpasteboxmachineisatransferpaper,glue,or,correction,finishingasoneofthecorrug
