1、全自動糊箱機糾偏部分結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計摘要全自動糊箱機是集紙張輸送、涂膠、折合、糾偏、整理為一體的瓦楞紙箱生產(chǎn)設(shè)備，其中糾偏部分是全口動糊箱機的重要組成部分z—,是實現(xiàn)瓦楞紙箱生產(chǎn)和完善紙箱外觀的一個重要環(huán)節(jié)。糾偏部分的前一個環(huán)節(jié)——折合部分。糊箱機折合部分的主要功能是首先在折合以前要對瓦楞紙進行切割，然后通過正常的輸紙過程輸送到折合部分后對裁切好的瓦楞紙張進行折合，折合部分分為0°?90°及90°?180°的折合。在上述過程中，當瓦楞紙板完成折合后，紙板而后折痕會出現(xiàn)誤差，這就需要糾偏機構(gòu)對紙板進行糾正。糾偏機構(gòu)主要由
2、兩個皮帶構(gòu)成，上皮帶輪將動力輸至下皮帶輪，使得上下皮帶產(chǎn)生速度差，即上皮帶的速度比卜?皮帶速度大5%左右,同時為上皮帶配備壓輪，壓輪位置的上下調(diào)節(jié)，影響上皮帶與紙板的接觸壓力，從而達到調(diào)節(jié)糾偏效果的目的。全自動的糊箱機機械結(jié)構(gòu)比較復雜，紙板的折疊粘合成型也全部可以用機械完成，不僅生產(chǎn)速度比半門動的機器高，而且質(zhì)量也比較穩(wěn)定，適用于大批量紙箱、紙盒的自動粘合成型。關(guān)鍵詞：全自動糊釘箱機瓦楞紙折合部分糾偏部分ABSTRACTAutomaticpasteboxmachineisatransferpaper,glue,
