1、45鋼熱處理油冷過(guò)程分析摘要:45鋼是中碳優(yōu)質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)鋼,Wc=0.45%,冷熱加工性能都不錯(cuò),機(jī)械性能較好,且價(jià)格低、來(lái)源廣,所以應(yīng)用廣泛。常應(yīng)用于小截面、中載荷的調(diào)質(zhì)件,如主軸、曲軸、齒輪、連桿、鏈輪等,它的最大弱點(diǎn)是淬透性低,截面尺寸大和要求比較高的工件不宜采用[1]。對(duì)于性能要求高的零件,必須進(jìn)行調(diào)質(zhì)處理。而對(duì)45鋼進(jìn)行調(diào)質(zhì)熱處理,為了得到回火索氏體,而使其具有良好的綜合力學(xué)性能。本文研究課題通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)和軟件模擬,包括對(duì)45鋼熱處理油淬以及對(duì)熱處理前后45鋼的力學(xué)性能測(cè)試并進(jìn)行前后對(duì)比,同時(shí)與水淬進(jìn)行比較,由
2、于工件在淬火過(guò)程中因內(nèi)外溫差會(huì)導(dǎo)致熱應(yīng)力和組織應(yīng)力的產(chǎn)生,利用有限元ANSYS軟件對(duì)45鋼熱處理油淬過(guò)程的溫度場(chǎng)進(jìn)行模擬,分析工件的各個(gè)部分在熱處理油淬過(guò)程中的溫度變化情況,為優(yōu)化熱處理工藝,使工件經(jīng)熱處理后獲得優(yōu)良的性能提供一定的依據(jù)。關(guān)鍵詞:45鋼,熱處理,力學(xué)性能,溫度場(chǎng)模擬IHeattreatmentof45steeloilcoolingprocessanalysisAbstract:45steeliscarboninthehigh-qualitysteel,Wc=0.45%,hotandcoldpro
