1、轎車車門設(shè)計與碰撞分析摘要車門是車身結(jié)構(gòu)中一個較復(fù)雜的總成。隨著社會的發(fā)展和汽車工業(yè)的繁榮,汽車作為一種交通工具,在人們生活中起著舉足輕重的作用。汽車車身是整車的重要組成部分,而車門作為車身的一個重要組成部分,又發(fā)揮著它所特定的功能。因而對車門也有特定的要求,如開關(guān)方便,玻璃升降方便、具有良好的密封、制造工藝性好等。由此可見,車門結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計對車身乃至整車都有重大的影響。本文運用CATIA軟件進行車門各系統(tǒng)總成的設(shè)計與安裝布置,并詳細對防撞梁的耐撞性、抗彎性進行分析,并對其結(jié)構(gòu)進行優(yōu)化。運用LS-DYNA軟件建立側(cè)面碰撞有限元模型,根據(jù)C-NCAP
