1、轎車車門設(shè)計(jì)與碰撞分析摘要車門是車身結(jié)構(gòu)中一個(gè)較復(fù)雜的總成。隨著社會的發(fā)展和汽車工業(yè)的繁榮，汽車作為一種交通工具，在人們生活中起著舉足輕重的作用。汽車車身是整車的重要組成部分，而車門作為車身的一個(gè)重要組成部分，又發(fā)揮著它所特定的功能。因而對車門也有特定的要求，如開關(guān)方便，玻璃升降方便、具有良好的密封、制造工藝性好等。由此可見，車門結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)對車身乃至整車都有重大的影響。本文運(yùn)用CATIA軟件進(jìn)行車門各系統(tǒng)總成的設(shè)計(jì)與安裝布置，并詳細(xì)對防撞梁的耐撞性、抗彎性進(jìn)行分析，并對其結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。運(yùn)用LS－DYNA軟件建立側(cè)面碰撞有限元模型，根據(jù)C-NCAP
