2、ituteofTechnology2011-06·Harbin黑龍江工程學(xué)院本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)摘要曲軸是最重要的鍛件之一。曲軸鍛造技術(shù)是微車曲軸鍛造成形工藝的重要發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。對(duì)于精密鍛造的微車曲軸,非調(diào)制鋼將逐漸替代其它原材料。曲軸鍛后只進(jìn)行可控冷卻,而不需要進(jìn)行熱處理,避免了熱處理變形,節(jié)約了能源消耗。精鍛后的曲軸只需少量加工就可直接使用,提高了生產(chǎn)效率及材料利用率,降低了生產(chǎn)成本,因此大大提高了曲軸的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力。從80年代發(fā)展至今,許多發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家在曲軸生產(chǎn)過程中,廣泛運(yùn)用CAD/CAM,CAE技術(shù),采用生產(chǎn)管理信息系統(tǒng)和集成制造系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了鍛造生產(chǎn)對(duì)原材料、工藝和工
3、藝裝備最佳方案的選擇和整個(gè)過程的控制,其鍛造生產(chǎn)的合理化、自動(dòng)化程度很高。微型車曲軸成形工藝及模具的設(shè)計(jì)這一課題研究的主要內(nèi)容有:曲軸的國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀,曲軸毛坯成形方法及特點(diǎn)的比較,曲軸結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì),曲軸鍛造工藝及工藝方案的確定,曲軸模具的設(shè)計(jì)。因此,通過課題的研究過程掌握汽車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)曲軸模具的設(shè)計(jì)過程,了解鍛造的基本工藝,熟練應(yīng)用PROE、CAD等繪圖軟件,并具有一定的實(shí)驗(yàn)技能和生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐知識(shí)。關(guān)鍵詞:曲軸;成形;工藝;模具設(shè)計(jì);模鍛II黑龍江工程學(xué)院本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)ABSTRACTThecrankshaftisthemostimportantoneoftheforging
