3、ro-economiccontrol,soinpractice,manylistedcompanies,relatedpartytransactionsnotinthefreecompetitionundermarketconditions,butcontrolledbylargeshareholders.Particularlyinthelawsandregulationsarenotperfect,assessmentandauditingroleofintermediarieshasnotbeenfullyplay
4、ed,accountingpractitionersarenothighqualitycase,relatedpartytransactionseveneasiertobecomepartoftheadjustmentofprofitsoflistedcompanies,themeanstoevadetax.Thisresultedinvaryingdegreesofdistortionofaccountinginformationandmisleadinginvestorsinvestmentdecisions.Fir
