1、摘要廢水處理廠設(shè)計規(guī)模3000m3/d,設(shè)計水質(zhì)水量為:Q=3000m3/d,CODcr=1800~3000mg/L,PH=7.5~10,SS=700~1000㎎/l,BOD=800~1200㎎/l,色度200~400倍。經(jīng)處理后,應(yīng)達(dá)到下列出水水質(zhì):COD≤300mg/L,色度≤80倍,SS≤150mg/L,BOD達(dá)≤100mg/L,即達(dá)到《污水綜合排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB8978-1996)中制革行業(yè)的二級標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。本工程方案設(shè)計依據(jù)有關(guān)環(huán)境保護(hù)在污水中的要求,采用混凝沉淀—接觸氧化工藝處理制革廢水,在詳細(xì)方案比較的基礎(chǔ)上,
2、選擇了如下處理工藝流程:制革廢水格柵初沉池調(diào)節(jié)池混凝沉淀池接觸氧化池二沉池集泥井污泥濃縮池脫水間泵房污泥外運出水經(jīng)設(shè)計可知COD的去除率為93.6%,SS的去除率為90.4%,色度去除率為82%。經(jīng)技術(shù)經(jīng)濟分析,此方案投資總額457萬元,廢水處理成本為1.53元/m3,有著良好的經(jīng)濟效益和社會效益。且節(jié)約用地、提高綠化、降低能耗的理念在設(shè)計中得到充分的實踐,符合新時代環(huán)保的要求。關(guān)鍵詞:制革廢水混凝沉淀接觸氧化AbstractThedesigningscaleofwastewatertreatmentplantis3
