1、熔渣對鎂碳耐火材料的腐蝕增加碳含量的影響THEINFLUENCEOFCARBONCONTENTONTHECORROSIONOFMGO-CREFRACTORYMATERIALCAUSEDBYACIDANDALKALINELADLESLAGThispaperdescribesaninvestigationoftheinfluenceofincreasingcarboncontentonthecorrosionofMgO-Crefractorymaterialbymoltenslag.Therefractorymaterialcontainedmassfractionof98%MgO,
2、approximately2%Fe2O3,andgradedquantitiesfrom3%to18%C.Thecorrosionwasinvestigatedinmeltsofreductionladleslagsatatemperatureof1600°Cinlaboratoryconditions.Asampleofrefractorymaterialwithdimensionsof10×10×100mmwassubmergedintothemoltenslagandexposedtothecorrosiveeffectoftheslagfor60min.Afterthee
3、xposeoftherefractorymaterialtheslagwascooleddownandsubmittedtoachemicalanalysis.AfteracomparisonoftheMgOcontentintheslagbeforeandafterthecorrosiontesttheamountofMgOcontentinthemeltwasdeterminedandthedegreeofcorrosionoftherefractorymaterialwasquantified.Theexperimentswererealisedusingfinalslag
4、sfromtheladlefurnace(LF),stronglyalkalineslagw(CaO)/w(SiO2)=4.43,andalsoacidicslagsw(CaO)/w(SiO2)=0.94withdifferentcontentsofCaF2.TheworkwascarriedoutwithintheframeoftheprojectsEUREKAE!3580andIMPULSFI-IM4/110.RESULTSThechemicalcompositionoftheslagsbeforetheexposureisgivenintheTable1.Table1sho
