1、陜西科技大學課程設計說明書摘要新型組合鉆床,屬于機械加工用鉆床。它由工作臺、安裝在工作臺兩端及一側(cè)的導軌,導軌與工作臺的邊緣平行,鉆架通過吊鐵和鎖緊螺釘安裝在導軌上;導軌上設有燕尾,鉆架可在導軌上水平移動:鉆架包括溜板、溜板上裝有傳動機構,溜板底面上設有與導軌上的燕尾相配合的燕尾槽,機械滑臺上裝有主支撐架,主支撐架上裝有縱向機械滑臺及控制系統(tǒng),控制系統(tǒng)連接一控制活動按鈕站,縱向機械滑臺上裝有附屬支撐架,附屬支撐架上通過機械滑臺裝有水平方向的鉆削動力頭。它解決了現(xiàn)有的鉆床加工大型零部件特別是回轉(zhuǎn)體直徑較大時操作不方
