1、液晶聚芳醚酯/聚醚醚酮原位復(fù)合纖維的制備及性能研究劉鵬清李若松徐建軍葉光斗(四川大學(xué)高分子科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院,高分子材料工程國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,四川成都,610065)摘要:為改善聚醚醚酮(PEEK)的可加工性,將一種主鏈含有芳醚基團(tuán)的熱致性液晶聚芳醚酯(PEAR)與PEEK按一定比例混合后,并通過(guò)熔融紡絲制備了PEAR/PEEK原位復(fù)合纖維。采用高壓毛細(xì)管流變儀、差示掃描量熱儀、熱失重分析儀、廣角x射線衍射儀、掃描電子顯微鏡、聲速取向儀以及單纖強(qiáng)力儀等系統(tǒng)研究了PEAR的加入對(duì)PEEK及其纖維結(jié)構(gòu)與性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:PEAR可以作為一種有效的加工助劑降低PEEK的熔體粘度及加工溫度
2、;PEAR與PEEK屬于不相容體系,但加入2%的PEAR的PEEK纖維斷裂強(qiáng)度雖增加了14%;隨PEAR含量增加,復(fù)合初生纖維結(jié)晶度由22.47%增加至42.10%,說(shuō)明PEAR能起到結(jié)晶成核劑的作用。但PEAR的加入,會(huì)使PEEK纖維的熱穩(wěn)定性有所降低。關(guān)鍵詞:聚醚醚酮,熱致液晶聚酯,原位復(fù)合纖維,流變行為,性能PreparationandPropertiesoftheThermotropicLiquidCrystallinePolyarylate/Poly(etheretherketone)insitucompositefiberLiuPengqingrLiRuosong,X

7、中含有剛性苯環(huán)、柔性芳醚基團(tuán)和具有極性的、可提高分子問(wèn)作用力的芳酮基團(tuán),且結(jié)構(gòu)規(guī)整,結(jié)晶度高,賦予其優(yōu)異的耐熱性、耐候性、耐腐蝕性及高強(qiáng)度、高韌性、高尺寸穩(wěn)定性、阻燃等,能在很寬的溫度范圍和極端條件下提供卓越的綜合性能,被公認(rèn)為聚合物金字塔最尖端及性能最佳的材料之一。PEEK纖維秉承了PEEK樹(shù)脂眾多優(yōu)點(diǎn),與芳綸、聚苯硫醚(PPS)纖維并稱為當(dāng)今最受推崇的三大特種纖維[1圳。經(jīng)過(guò)我們以前的實(shí)驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn)【5刮,PEEK熔融溫度高、熔體粘度大,其紡絲溫度高達(dá)380--450℃,且具有很高
