1、西安石油大學本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計（論文）我國高校財務(wù)管理存在問題及對策研究——以A高校為例摘要：近年來，隨著經(jīng)濟高速發(fā)展和教育體制改革的不斷深入，高等教育呈現(xiàn)出快速發(fā)展的態(tài)勢。政府逐年加大了對高等教育的投入力度，高校辦學也逐步推向市場。高校經(jīng)濟活動較之以前發(fā)生重大變化，經(jīng)費來源由單一的國家財政撥款方式轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橐载斦芸顬橹鳌⒍嗲阑I措教育經(jīng)費的新格局，同時辦學規(guī)模逐漸擴大、辦學經(jīng)費日益增多，高校財務(wù)活動日趨多樣化、復(fù)雜化，財務(wù)管理在高校經(jīng)濟活動中的作用越發(fā)凸顯。高校的財務(wù)管理體制也逐漸的暴露出一些問題。高校財務(wù)管理是高校運行效率的體現(xiàn)。深入研究當前高校財務(wù)管
2、理存在的問題，找出制約高校財務(wù)管理健康發(fā)展的因素并提出相應(yīng)的對策建議，對于優(yōu)化高校財務(wù)管理、提高財務(wù)管理水平，進而實現(xiàn)教育投資效益最大化具有重要意義。本文將分析探討現(xiàn)階段高校財務(wù)管理中所存在的問題，和解決應(yīng)對的方法。相信高校財務(wù)管理部門只要審時度勢，主動轉(zhuǎn)型，創(chuàng)新工作理念，完善管理機制，就能在新時期更好地解決長期困擾高校財務(wù)管理中的問題。關(guān)鍵詞：高校；財務(wù)管理；問題與對策西安石油大學本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計（論文）TheresearchonChineseuniversity’sFinancialManagementproblemsandcountermeasu
