1、SuggestionsontheApplicationofBlendedLearningTheoryinCollegeEnglishTeachingandLearning Abstract:BlendedLearningTheoryisinaformofe-learningcombinedwithface-to-facelearning(HeKekang,2003).ItisbelievedthatBlendedLearningTheoryhasadvantagesofcombiningvariousteachingmethodstoobtainthebestcomplemen
2、tarystrengthsandlearningeffect.Thispaperintendstostudytheorigin,theuniqueadvantages,suchasthesharingofinformationresources,providinganopenenvironmentforautonomouslearning,exchangingfeedbackintimeanddisplayingachievementspublicly.Atthesametime,itgivessomesuggestionstooptimizetheteachingeffectw
3、henBlendedLearningTheoryisappliedtocollegeEnglishteachingandlearningondifferentaspects:Thecollegeshouldbewellequippedwithgoodmultimedianetworkfacilities;thefunctionsofteachersshouldbeclarified,includingdesigningtheteachingcontentandmode,organizingtheteachingprocess,guidingthelearners’autonomo
4、uslearningandevaluatingthelearningoutcomes;theresponsibilitiesoflearnersshouldbespecified,includingdevelopinganinitiativeattitudeofcollegeEnglishlearning,changingtheemphasizedaspectsinCollegeEnglishlearning,takingactivepartinthewholeprocess.Lastbutnottheleast,bothteachers’andlearners’abilityo
