1、基于plc的運(yùn)輸設(shè)計(jì)摘要本文介紹了利用可編程控制器PLC對(duì)傳送帶、機(jī)械手進(jìn)行的控制,可以很容易地完成自動(dòng)和手動(dòng)切換。機(jī)械手是機(jī)械化、自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中發(fā)展起來(lái)的一種新型裝置。因?yàn)樗艽蟠蟮馗纳乒と说膭趧?dòng)條件,加快實(shí)現(xiàn)工業(yè)生產(chǎn)機(jī)械化和自動(dòng)化的步伐,在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中,經(jīng)常要對(duì)流水線上的物體進(jìn)行分揀,本畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)械手傳送帶控制系統(tǒng)的PLC設(shè)計(jì),采用的西門子PLC,對(duì)機(jī)械手的上下、左右和抓取運(yùn)動(dòng)進(jìn)行控制,用于檢測(cè)物體是否合格并且進(jìn)行分類的機(jī)械裝置。設(shè)計(jì)主要是機(jī)械手與傳送帶的原理介紹、軟件仿真兩部分,以組態(tài)軟件
2、仿真為核心,采用可編程控制器PLC作為控制器,設(shè)計(jì)了基于plc的運(yùn)輸設(shè)計(jì),上位機(jī)采用mcgs昆侖通態(tài)軟件完成工業(yè)控制計(jì)算機(jī)與PLC之間的數(shù)據(jù)通訊,并且分為自動(dòng)和手動(dòng),來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)運(yùn)輸?shù)拇尕浐腿∝?。不僅可以提高產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量,而且對(duì)于人身安全的保障,提高勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率,節(jié)約原材料消耗和降低成本。與此同時(shí)我利用MCGS組態(tài)昆侖通態(tài)軟件對(duì)整個(gè)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行仿真設(shè)計(jì)監(jiān)控。關(guān)鍵詞:PLC;機(jī)械手;MCGS組態(tài)2基于plc的運(yùn)輸設(shè)計(jì)AbstractThispaperintroducestheuseofprogrammablec
