2、法,它主要適用于熱塑性塑料的成型,可以一次成型形狀復(fù)雜的精密塑件。本課題就是電吹風(fēng)外殼作為設(shè)計模型,將注射模具的相關(guān)知識作為依據(jù),闡述塑料注射模具的設(shè)計過程。通過對電吹風(fēng)外殼成型工藝的分析,本人設(shè)計了一副一模兩腔的塑料模具。模具中決定塑件幾何形狀和尺寸的零部件稱為成型零件,包括上模板、上模芯、下模板、下模芯、下模鑲件等的設(shè)計與加工工藝過程。設(shè)計成型零部件時,應(yīng)根據(jù)塑料的特性、塑件的結(jié)構(gòu)和使用要求,確定型腔的總體布局,選擇分型面,確定脫模方式,設(shè)計澆注系統(tǒng)、排溢系統(tǒng)。然后進行成型零部件的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,計算成型零部件的工作尺寸
