1、河南財(cái)經(jīng)政法大學(xué)成功學(xué)院本科生畢業(yè)論文工業(yè)企業(yè)負(fù)債籌資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析摘 要由于企業(yè)有了自主籌資的權(quán)力，現(xiàn)代工業(yè)企業(yè)負(fù)債經(jīng)營(yíng)現(xiàn)象也就普遍存在，籌資手段也越來(lái)越多樣化，隨著負(fù)債籌資而帶來(lái)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)也越來(lái)越嚴(yán)重?，F(xiàn)代工業(yè)企業(yè)如何在21世紀(jì)的激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境中降低或排除風(fēng)險(xiǎn)求得生存，是當(dāng)前工業(yè)企業(yè)亟待解決的問(wèn)題。本文通過(guò)對(duì)現(xiàn)代工業(yè)負(fù)債籌資現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析，以完善工業(yè)企業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)籌資為目的，理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際，對(duì)工業(yè)企業(yè)負(fù)債籌資存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究分析。首先界定了工業(yè)企業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)籌資的概念，從籌資的背景意義到籌資的渠道再到籌資的方法進(jìn)行分析。其次對(duì)工業(yè)企
2、業(yè)籌資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的根源或成因進(jìn)行研究，提出籌資既有舉債本身的內(nèi)在因素，也存在舉債之外的因素。最后提出工業(yè)企業(yè)負(fù)債籌資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的防范對(duì)策，應(yīng)選擇適合企業(yè)自身的資本結(jié)構(gòu)、分析企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、分析企業(yè)籌資數(shù)量及原則、具備一定的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理意識(shí)等措施來(lái)降低企業(yè)自身的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。關(guān)鍵詞：工業(yè)企業(yè)；負(fù)債籌資；籌資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)；風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范AbstractBecausetheenterprisehadtheindependentfundraisingauthority,themodernindustryenterpriseonborrowingsphenom
