2、gy2013-06·Harbin摘要由于鋁材業(yè)自身的優(yōu)越條件和社會(huì)發(fā)展的推動(dòng),人們對(duì)鋁合金材料的質(zhì)量、性能提出了越來(lái)越高的要求。本文研究的3003鋁合金多用于加工成形性能好的零部件,針對(duì)其沖壓質(zhì)量不良,關(guān)鍵性指標(biāo)制耳率和表面晶粒度難以滿(mǎn)足深沖的要求,從改善其退火工藝入手,采用光學(xué)金相顯微鏡、掃描電鏡和力學(xué)性能測(cè)試等現(xiàn)代分析與觀(guān)測(cè)手段,較系統(tǒng)、深入地研究了退火溫度和保溫時(shí)間對(duì)3003合金鋁板的顯微組織與力學(xué)性能的影響規(guī)律。結(jié)合鑄軋卷坯生產(chǎn)時(shí),中間退火工藝對(duì)成品退火工藝及成品退火后材料力學(xué)性能的影響,提出試驗(yàn)條件下的最佳熱處理工藝,為批量生產(chǎn)提供工藝參數(shù)。試驗(yàn)采用的3003
3、鋁合金板的再結(jié)晶開(kāi)始溫度為360℃左右,在該溫度退火,鋁板的力學(xué)性能發(fā)生顯著的變化;完全再結(jié)晶溫度為420℃左右。3003合金鋁板在同一溫度下退火,隨保溫時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng),晶粒有長(zhǎng)大的趨勢(shì)。3003合金鋁板經(jīng)退火處理后,鋁板沿軋制方向的抗拉強(qiáng)度和屈服強(qiáng)度最高,伸長(zhǎng)率最低;垂直軋制方向的抗拉強(qiáng)度、屈服強(qiáng)度和伸長(zhǎng)率次之:與軋制方向成450的抗拉強(qiáng)度和屈服強(qiáng)度最低,伸長(zhǎng)率最高。關(guān)鍵詞:3003鋁合金;冷軋板;退火;顯微組織;力學(xué)性能IIABSTRACTAluminummaterialshaveanextensiveapplicationresultingfromtheirsuper

6、roductionwereobtainedassociatedwiththeinfluenceofintemediateannealingonmechanicalbehaviorafterfinal_annealingprocess.Therecrystallizationtemperatureof3003aluminumalloysheetisnearly360℃andmechanicalbehaviorchangesgreatlyatthistemperature.Thecompleterecrystallizationtemperatureisabout420℃.
7、Graingrowthin3003aluminumalloysheetisobservedastheholdingtimeincreasingafterannealingtreatmentatthesametemperature.Themaximumtensilestrengthandyieldstrength,minimumelongationrateofaluminumalloysheetalongtherollingdirectionareobservedafterannealingtreatment.Andinthevertica
