2、、作用,警察巡邏勤務(wù)方式的歷史和根據(jù)交通工具、巡邏路線、巡邏體制、巡邏公開程度等方式的不同分類進(jìn)行考察和探究。從而概括出警察巡邏勤務(wù)的發(fā)展階段。同時(shí)探究了我國警察巡邏的不同發(fā)展階段。通過對(duì)巡邏勤務(wù)職責(zé)和對(duì)我國警察巡邏職責(zé)的現(xiàn)狀分析和法律規(guī)定的客觀論述,闡釋警察巡邏職責(zé)所存在的問題。文章重點(diǎn)介紹了巡邏勤務(wù)的時(shí)間分配和分班制度、地點(diǎn)、路線、警力、速度、手段、警區(qū)、實(shí)施規(guī)劃的一般理論。詳細(xì)論述了巡邏勤務(wù)體制的組織、運(yùn)作、指揮系統(tǒng)、監(jiān)督系統(tǒng)、評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和我國現(xiàn)行警察巡邏組織的天津、上海、重慶模式。文章最后提出了對(duì)我國巡邏勤務(wù)整
