2、實(shí)不同發(fā)育時(shí)期,不同處理對(duì)果實(shí)蔗糖代謝酶的變化具有不同影響,但總的變化趨勢(shì)是一致的,均表現(xiàn)為隨著果實(shí)的逐步成熟,糖逐漸積累,轉(zhuǎn)化酶活性,蔗糖合成酶(SS)活性由低到高逐步上升,蔗糖磷酸合成酶(SPS)活性先升高后降低.不同處理均增加了果實(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化酶和蔗糖合成酶分解活性.降低了果實(shí)的蔗糖磷酸合成酶和蔗糖合成酶合成活性.其中以噴施K2sO和土施K2S04混合使用對(duì)果實(shí)糖含量和相關(guān)酶活性的影響效果最好,其次為噴施K2SO,土施的效果不明顯.表明,在土施和噴施2種方法一起使用時(shí),果實(shí)是通過(guò)改變4種酶的活力來(lái)提高庫(kù)強(qiáng)度.
